Not gonna pick a side here since I have seen many similar stories where the person turned out to be a jerk during the run. And left out details and cherry picked what happened to make it seem like they are a victim.

This is where being a social being comes into play. If your controller battery died, tell your group. Don't just sit there silently. They assumed you were afk or purposely trolling. #wouldhavekickedtoo

As for the macro, that is called useless information that serves no purpose. It is not socializing in party chat, it is not discussing mechanics. It is personal RPing spamming across peoples chat. Is it offensive, no. Will it get annoying. Yes.

So ill help you out. Don't go out of your way making useless macros that only annoy people. Actually talk and engage with your group so they aren't assuming you are afk or trolling.
