Character copy to other servers [Request]

I don't think they can do character copying though, not while they also allow world transfers. Otherwise someone can copy their character to another server that has their crafting classes levelled, make money on both servers (or more?!) and then migrate the characters back across a few months later.

With the gil limitation they'd have to convert the money to items to resell later, or give to multiple alts, but neither of those have stopped many people from taking vast quantities of money with them. As there was a fee initially involved it could even be seen as a form of RMT actually endorsed by Square Enix... they're not going to want that.

Edit: Just thought of another rather big problem. Someone (again with crafters levelled) only has to spend 3 weeks of red scrips on new soul of the crafters, copy their character a few times (ideally to same destination world) and then transfer them all back. Boom they have all specialists on one server. Even if they didn't allow soul of the crafters to be transferred, it'd still take the same few weeks, just the person would have a bit more to do, but for the actual cost compared to having every specialist on one server... I'd do it!

Well I mean. If they allowed a character copy, they wouldn't allow a transfer at all. That would be retarded lol, OP never asked for that
