1. I want to play with my friends(they are new only one class to 50)there's also 7 of them
2. I have 4 classes to 50(I don't really I only have one.) one of them being a healer.
3. Why would I kick my friends out for some nobody?
4. Fail WoW is fail. So is almost everything about it.

I see. That's simple: master looter. If you're the only one with a healer, but you hate it, but you're playing as one because you want to play with your 7 friends, then designate someone you trust as the master looter. He makes sure that you get the lancer gear you're looking for.

You see, WoW doesn't have ONLY need b4 greed. The party leader can designate loot modes. You can choose between need b4 greed or master looter.
