A pug group should have play and loot as the job you are rules through the dungeon finder, premade groups should have no set loot rules to allow the players to decide.

Indeed. The "I don't know anything about it, but I think it's dumb." is a great point to make when suggesting to change or add a feature to the game.

How this game works, makes you level up other classes to be effective. Soooo If I want to live, yaa kinda have to level up a healing class for cure and what not. Sooooo don't see your point.
