Progression Static Recruiting Members (need to transfer)

Hello all!

I'm currently recruiting members for a newly formed, high-tier progression group that will function on a midcore schedule. This means raiding about 10-20 hours per week depending on availability, content, etc. It also means we will be looking at making serious steps to progress during every pull to clear content at a reasonable pace given the MC schedule. So, we are looking for players able to min/max their classes both in and out of raid content and that also have the ability to learn fights quickly and communicate with their fellow team members.

We are currently at 5/8 members with Drg, Blm, War, Pld, and Whm being those five. This means we need a secondary, shielding healer (most likely a scholar but a nocturnal astrologian will work as well); a secondary melee dps (preferably nin but will take a monk) and a ranged dps. We are willing to differ from the 2 melee, one caster, one ranged/support dps "meta" but will only do that if we can have the right composition of classes to make that strategy work.

I also mentioned in the title that a transfer would be needed so that is something to consider if you are looking at trying out for the group. With that said, I will gladly share any information about the group's current members or just further elaborate on the group as a whole if anyone is interested.
