Slow is just for cast speed, heavy is for speed movement reduction.
Where did you get this info?
Hypercharge buff has 20 seconds duration, but Physical/Magic Vulnerability is up for ~29 seconds.
yes i know, am just pointing out what BRD kits are, like i mentioned their kits are "good" to support their group.Slow is just for cast speed, heavy is for speed movement reduction.
easy, do a search on every specific class, it will tell you which class has more playersWhere did you get this info?
ehhh i KNOW about 20s duration but i am NOT sure about physical/magic vulnerability? am assuming you mean increase magic/physical dmg taken? if that the case its only last for 10s with HYPERCHARGE up according to this Wikia, even if it does last for 30s FOE still last a bit longer +BV which is better for magicals while mch is better for physicals.Hypercharge buff has 20 seconds duration, [B]but Physical/Magic Vulnerability is up for ~29 seconds.

Where? lodestone (does not work for this, lodestone shows 1000 results max)? ingame (no sense)?
Hypercharge last for 20 seconds, its a buff on your current turret, and every attack of your turret will apply a Physical (Rook) or Magical (Bishop) vulnerability for 10 seconds on the target refreshing the effect with every attack (Bishop turret does AoE attacks and apply the debuff to multiple targets), making this debuff duration around 29 or 30 seconds.ehhh i KNOW about 20s duration but i am NOT sure about physical/magic vulnerability? am assuming you mean increase magic/physical dmg taken? if that the case its only last for 10s with HYPERCHARGE up according to this Wikia, even if it does last for 30s FOE still last a bit longer +BV which is better for magicals while mch is better for physicals.
u dont base on lodestone lol, you just get on the server and do ur research on the server and if you feel like it search on every servers and compare. inside game pretty much tell you which class has the most player base.Where? lodestone (does not work for this, lodestone shows 1000 results max)? ingame (no sense)?
yeah just learned about that through a friend but still i believe foe last longer and more powerful with BV so it works better with magic comps.Hypercharge last for 20 seconds, its a buff on your current turret, and every attack of your turret will apply a Physical (Rook) or Magical (Bishop) vulnerability for 10 seconds on the target refreshing the effect with every attack (Bishop turret does AoE attacks and apply the debuff to multiple targets), making this debuff duration around 29 or 30 seconds.
Honestly if you're not going for world first savage clears, does it really matter in the long run?
Sure, Bard could maybe use a DPS buff (I don't...really think so, not right now), but is there such a discrepancy between MCH and BRD that it's impossible to clear savage with a BRD?
...no

Clearly, the best Final Fantasy character is Locke Cole.
Glamour is TRUE ENDGAME
and i am sure people AWARE of what u trying to say but in the end BOTH class are capable of doing AS, can we please just at least agreed to that? just because BRD kit doesnt shine in a dungeon that favors more MELEE/physical class doesnt mean the class is "bad" itself.
Well I ran into 2 bards who did less than WHM (trash and boss) in expert roulettes last night. I think based on this solid dungeon data, bards need buff...
In a more serious note. This is largely a raider problem, the general public who don't raid largely don't notice/care about the min-maxing. The only reason bard is being compared to MCH is because they're currently just a straight up better version of bard in a raid environment. Unfortunately. I raid on my bard, and I'm leveling a MCH now.
Bard is far from beeing bad in dungeon though, 95% of the time I end up having the highest DPS in dungeon, the problem only lives in end game content with Midan Savage. This this is made to be difficult, why would you want to make everyone job harder when you can make it a lot easier with a MCH instead of a bard? (And this is why most static aren't looking for a bard but onyl looking for a MCH only)
2.0 Bard is dead, 3.0 bard is some undead abomination thing. The job is completely unfocused on what it's doing and is no longer unique in any respect other than it uses the visual of a bow. It doesn't need a buff, it needs to go back to alpha and be completely reworked from the ground up.
changing battle voice to be a physical vulnerabilty , shadowbind changed to heavy on targets inmune to bind .... and i wouldnt mind a buffing heavy shot a bit just a little :3
Pld was buffed because was failing behind on its role
Same happened to AST , BLM , SMN.....MCH ...lots of jobs adjustments. No sweeping changes but its true that Alexander is "harder" if u have a brd instead of MCH ....since MCH have all the CCs , stun , silence (shared cD) , Heavy / knockback (shared) and can put a debuff for casters or melees , regen tp/mp
brds have silence , and bind , regen tp /mp , and magic debuff (that can boost more with BV)
the meta is 2 tanks , 2 melees , 1 ranged , 1 caster ,2 healers so thats 5 players doing physical dmg in a 8 man....way more than half the party is physical now.
