This needs to happen, plus a scale slider to give Au Ra choices on the body scales. I would just love if I could make an Au Ra with no body scales, only horns and the tail.

The devs really need to add more face paint, we know they're capable since they've given us freckles and a bat tattoo (Halloween event reward) so it seems as if there's no data limitations and is similar to hairstyles.
With that said, I'd love fake scars (it's really just a line on the face) so with the right color/shade it'll look somewhat natural. As well as more fake eyebrow option as the one we have is too thick and can look obviously fake.
Not sure if it'll ever be possible with their programming, but being able to layer face paint/makeup will be great. When I was a Highlander I wished to be able to layer the false eyebrows + eye shadow (makes the eye look a bit bigger) but oh well ...
Under the current limitation, I'm not sure if we can get more facial hair.I would love it if they would release more fake beards (like the santa bear/ false moustache) but make them look natural, instead of a joke

You don't need to look like a drag queen or almost every non-npc male Roegadyn (what's up with male Roe's and all the pink lace anyway), if you use cosmetic features in other games, or the limited ones we have here, right you can just give your character a better touch of realism or add depth to your features.
No. No it's really not o.o *dreads people taking you seriously*
And... while makeup options may seem more catered to female characters (and non-testosterone-obsessed male characters), it would be a unisex option since both genders have access to the makeup category, and there are plenty of makeup/face paint options that aren't "modern female cosmetics"-oriented. Gaining a second category (named Face Paint 2, to be unimaginative) with pretty much the same options as the first would be a really nice addition for both genders.
Anyway, if makeup options are expanded, it would be sort of unfair to add another, male-only category with facial hair ^^;
Unless they dealt with that simply by adding more options to the facial options already existing, while adding a couple more of the same for female characters. I think some female races/faces have access to "mascara" (or "longer eyelashes"), and some faces (male and/or female) have eyeliner options. More of these would be nice to have, too.
Well, maybe because there was this super long thread regarding that particular subject, and it got a dev response to the effect of "not happening right now, PS3 and character creation limitations" =/

Are you really saying that because of that no one should ask ever again? You know, if we stopped asking about everything the devs had told us wasn't happening because of <insert reason> limitations, we'd have about 50% fewer topics, and the devs would conclude that they'd dealt with the issue and never consider it again.
No, I'm not. And that thread was kept alive to keep it in the devs' faces. It was eventually locked with the comment (paraphrasing from memory) "we've seen it, we know you want this, we've forwarded the request, it's not doing anyone any good to keep this thread alive".Are you really saying that because of that no one should ask ever again? I'm merely saying that many people might refrain from mentioning that particular request due to said thread. Because it's already (supposedly) on the devs' to-do list. When they might get to it is another matter entirely.
You said you were surprised no one had mentioned it, I offered that past thread devoted to the topic as one possible reason. No need to jump at me over it ^^
