Server too full?

I've noticed quite a large boost in player population on Besaid. But I picked Besaid when it first opened, just because and then facepalmed when I found out it was the unofficial RP server. Still, gives me something to chuckle at here and there.

I did the same thing Kopuno, but I only played for a couple weeks before going back to FFXI. All my friends lol'd when they found out I had started on that server with some RL buddies, I regretted it a lot lol.. But started a new character on Lindblum about 3 months ago, and really enjoying the game now. Lindblum too has had a really big increase in players recently, lots of people crowding Ul'dah.

Hmm? im on besaid, and never really participate in RP, what up with everyone and RP? just leave them alone will ya? is not like they harm you physically, if by mentally, then you ought to go see a psychiatrist to over come mental illness of cannot fathom the fact ppl rp! Gosh!

And Besaid is still populated, is not some nobody in towns, ppl really need to not state something that is not from someone who hasn't really taken a real look at the real stuff!

I think the problem some have with RPers, just from eyeballing, is the reason there's an uproar for wanting to be able to wear anything you want at any level with no class restriction, which they further brought into raids and exp parties, by being inefficient (sorry to say, but that coatee set as well as that canvas gown set for your gladiator is not the proper battle gear) which I'm sure is aggravating to some and eventually, SE fixed the armor setup. Otherwise yeah, RPers really doesn't do anything to non-rpers.

Honestly, nothing against people that want to roleplay, but I really don't want to be forced to read it while I'm trying to chat, watch my synths, etc. Take it to tells ffs.

Yeah... I was once just at the carpenter's guild and a trio of RPers were chatting it up. A lot.

Needless to say, they are now in my blist.

And yeah, Besaid isn't empty at all. Not 80%, not 50%.

A way for players on high populated servers to transfer characters to very low populated servers for free could prove beneficial.

I have been around since CE release and from what I have seen, Besaid is not really that empty,my linkshell has around 102 members, nearly all of which are active in some form, also the number of RPers have dropped alot since release and has become more of just a normal server now days with a couple of RP linkshells around, but I'm guessing our server isn't the only one with RP shells around, not that it matters to me either way.
