don't forget that it was said recently that you have different world that wait to fuse with our.... then we can get futuristic stuff coming

It's only 3 years later and we just got an announcement of PSO2 coming to the west next year.
How about that crossover now, Yoshi-P?

IIRC, someone already asked Yoshi-p about this in the recent press tour and he said it's not going to happen because they look for IPs that have worldwide fanbases... which lol sorry but pso2 doesn't have.Links for those interested:

Actually the Phantasy Star series has been pretty popular out west. Hardcore fans have took it upon themselves to play it through unofficial english translations. Sadly Sega shot themselves in the foot by taking 8 years to release it out west (since it's supposed to come out in 2020).
If I die, forgive me. I used to be a Dragoon.

I'm scratching my head as to why there hasn't been a PS4 announcement as well. The JP version is F2P on PS4 already.

Yeah thats really sad and confusing, as far as the worldwide base comment, i dont think just because it wasnt released to the west that it isnt popular, or even super asked for for years now. The collab event only seemed to happen, anyone seen old footage it was urths fount fight with odin, pretty awesome integration of that fight...with way more action going on. Xbox only though...yeah that sucks for ps4 players like me
For those wondering, and remember look at dem old AF gears

In a word, competition. This new English version of PSO2 is going to be supported by Azure--Microsoft's cloud tech--which is why it's going to be on Xbox and PC, but not PS4. I know it's dumb, but that's sadly how business goes.
As for a collab, I have no idea what we'd even get from PSO2. That game is such a hodgepodge of content and themes utterly devoid of anything that could be considered "iconic" enough that no matter what we get, it still wouldn't really capture the game in a way that other games can do with XIV. In fact, there have been times where PSO2 has seemed more like "collaboration: the MMORPG".
So just for clarification, the character that video is focused on is NOT a healer, but a class called a "Force", which is a caster dps that (like a handful of classes in that game) has access to smaller heals. Proper healers (called "Techers") in PSO2 still do dps, but they do it through melee damage and mostly to restore power used to give heals and support buffs.
PSO2 is a weird game. Fun, but weird.

Can we get a persona collab instead.

My links were only about PSO2 coming to the West, since people had remarked on that.
