Problem with a certain Bot

There is a bot or a troll (hard to tell) that keeps on queing for The Feast without healing at all and just runs into the enemies team. Have you guys had any problems like this?

P.S. Alot of us reported him already but nothing has been done yet

i think i know who your talking about a sch if i remember correctly reported them nothing done yet
