    The relic is really mediocre this time around. I understand not making it as strong as raid weapons. The length of the grind is just not worth it.

    I absolutely hate this part of the relic. So much grind for a useless weapon in most cases.

    Unless you're a SCH, in which case it's the only crit weapon outside of Savage raids, thus being BiS when compared to weapons of the same ilevel.

    This. I'm almost tempted to just bite it and get the Lore for my second job instead, because SE is going to be cruel about it. It's almost like they want us to waste the 7 Gears.
