Unable to Download Patch Files

I've been playing on PS4 but just picked up a new PC. Been trying to get ARR installed but I keep getting an error during the download.

"Unable to download Patch Files. [30413][25008][20495]"

I've disabled Windows Security, turned IE Security to low, made sure it was allowed through the firewall, ran as admin, uninstall/reinstall using a different file location, restarted a few times.

Any suggestions? When I first install, it will get a good 8-9 gig downloaded then error out. When I run it again, it will have less total to download but error out at 470ish mb every time.

normally it is data overload that is happening. some might be downloading that portion all at once.

since the launcher uses the URL to patch it. it goes through windows explorer/edge that you possibly have to clean out the settings even if you do not use it. i had to go in and clear cookies and temp files to get it to patch for me.

I'm also going through the same thing. I've tried everything and nothing is working..I don't want this to go to waste since I've spent my hard earned money on this.
