Weeknight EST Static looking for Warrior

Into Memoria raid team (Twilight Tavern) looking to fill a Warrior OT slot in about 1-2 weeks, start time would be around the first week of April or earlier. Our current Warrior's work schedule is changing and will no longer be able to make raids.

We are currently in full 220+, with full Sephirot weapons.
We are currently working on M1S, getting to P5 and P6 fairly consistently.
Raids are Mon/Wed/Thur, 8pm to ~11pm EST. Though you are likely to find Midas runs on Tuesday to reduce the gear grind, and various activities throughout the week.

The ideal candidate for this spot (yeah I know, sounds like a job interview) should have the following qualifications:
1. Be in about the same place gear and progression wise, so mostly full 220, some 230, know 99% of Sephirot if not farming already, and about half of M1S.
2. Have a personal drive to learn and improve as to maximize their performance without compromising the raid's success. (We have a number of experienced players who can offer advice as long as you're wiling to learn)
3. Have no qualms with VOIP chat that ranges from methodical strategic discussions to "damn the raid leader's drinking again" to random discussions that are in no way safe for work or kids.

PS. Also considering a skilled Monk or Ninja.
