It would have to work off the saved gear sets so how would it avoid randomly changing you to a Craft or Gatherer job or tell it to random you by level?

Well, I guess instead of hitting the roulette button until you get a DoW or DoM job your just going to be stuck going into the dungeon with a Culinarian job. Hopefully, your souffle can help save the day.


But, in all seriousness you just keep hitting the button until you get something you can run a dungeon with, kinda like if you don't get the right flying mount, and get stuck looking up fat chocobo butt. (Shiver)
