So, I can see some strange named BLMs in Limsa. I'm pretty sure those guys are not your usual players. Maybe some gil-farmers or something. Maybe someone knows who the hellz they are. Should I report them as persons acting against rules?

They are almost guaranteed to be bots, but you can't show their names like that. It's against the rules and will get you into trouble as it is "name-n-shame"ing based on the forums guidelines. I know, it's dumb since they are bots, but you gotta follow the rules or you'll get banned way before they will probably.
I've reported 5 black mages in one ticket when they were moving at lightning speed. Also they would appear in the air above the black mage quest giver in Ul'dah.
They all had names like that.
wreyghshgbefj aerh
hytdkjtf tyjktyk
tdyuijnyt ydtjdytjdd
those aren't the actual names but you get the idea.
Oh also they had the new adventurer tag at level 50.
I've heard they farm wanderer's palace 24/7 with teleport and speed walk hacks.
I'd rather the admins be pro-active about banning and tracking down these blackmages than the rmt shoutting /telling guys that stand around in limsa by the marketboard.
For each one they ban 10 more will pop up. Making these bots is easy and they can run a bot program constantly making new characters and running them through the game. They also can't just ban people based on a name or a report the need to prove they are doing something that is bannable. Another reason to take their time is to try to learn about the methods they are using though the people who create bot programs and hacks will always be able to find new ways to do things as bugs are patched.Oh also they had the new adventurer tag at level 50.

like i think the gms should just search everynow and then the people on and the people with names that are random mixed letters like that should get insta accont banned cause I dont think a real person would want a name like XDHFFAW YRREW or something like that.
Blanket bannings tend to be bad for business and PR, as there will always be an innocent (and paying) customer caught in that ban. SE should by all means find and ban RMT (and they already do, thousands and thousands of them), but not based on names. Some Foreign languages might look like RMT names to us (OGECHUKWUKAMA TAJEDDIGT, are they an RMT or someone who appreciates Swahili?) and some players might use an acronym as a name (MTFBWY sounds like an RMT, but aren't they really just a Star Wars fan?).
A true paladin... will sheathe his sword.
Blanket bans are a terrible idea. I have an alt that I named with the game's random name generator that ended up as I'zimzizi Zimzi. That looks an awful lot like an RMT name and I honestly just kept it because I found the sheer number of Z's amusing.
It could just be a really unfortunately named Sea Wolf Roe... :3
