PS4 extremely noisy after 3.2

As title suggests, my PS4 is very very noisy ever since I first logged in after patching for 3.2. It's not very warm, just very loud. I keep it in an open area so it can "breathe" freely and is dust free, and I try to keep it that way since that prolongued the lifespam of my old PS2 a lot. The machine is only a year old, and I have no trouble with it at all, just oddly last two patches (3.2 and 3.21) there was a confirm dialog conflict where it wouldn't check the version. But even that, by pressing back/confirm was sorted and patches came down correctly.
But yeah, the noise, it is driving me crazy, I even had to rise the TV volume to hear the game better, that's how noisy it is, and the PS4 being downstairs with the TV, I can hear it from upstairs o_O
Do I have to worry? Is anyone else having this issue?
Oh and it's just with FF14, as soon as I close the game, the PS4 turns back to being silent.

I've noticed that the fans on my PC reach higher levels (& get noisier) since 3.2 also. I put it down to something they added being more computationally intensive.

My hubbys ps4 does the same thing. Any other game or app its quiet.
