GP consumption bonus is half broken

When you get the bonus:

A GP consumption bonus of -150 has been granted for the next collectable action!


Why can't you use actions unless if you have the GP??? You have to have 150 GP to use the -150 GP bonus.


It's not a problem unless it happens on the 30/30 durability gathering aurum regis ore or seventh heaven as collectable.

it works only with collectable skills i believe.

That's not the issue he's had. From what I've seen, it randomly gives the bonus before one of your first 4 appraisal swings. If your rotation has 2 Utmost Caution, and you plan for it, there's no issue.
