Yes, I agree report suspicious and flat out harassment behaviour. Not things such as an FC leader locking up all the FC chests.

Your quote is nice and all, but I feel this is more like bogus 911 calls -(i.e. http://www.mass.gov/eopss/agencies/s...911-calls.html). It is a detriment to have bogus reporting as it bogs down the system and prevents real action to be taken against real issues.

Further, this is more of a personal opinion thing, but I think less of someone who reports someone and gets them suspended/banned from the game for things such as early/false calls of hunts, than I do for early/false calls of hunts.

If someone is consistently false calling hunts, they will be found out pretty quick and people will just stop listening to them. However, with reporting and suspending this person, you're forcibly preventing their enjoyment. It's more vengeful than productive.
