    if i want to play this game

    p2p or free, i would want the following changes to be made in ffxiv

    -remove the progress bar of DoH/animation of DoL because its long and arduous(thus far i only tried botany and iam sure iam not the only one complaining about the randomness you get when chopping wood)

    -add more leve range each lvl of Discipline. basically when you speak to an NPC you will be offered by choosing 10,20,40 levequests. when choosing said 20 you will be only offered leve,s 20,25,(maybe 30?).i would see it if we have the leve range same as our lvl makes progressing our crafts/gathering much faster

    -make all crafting Npc Handouts inside city,s(reason is that it takes a long time to walk back to city without using anima)

    -fix alt-tab fullscreen issue

    -remove the airship and chocobo fee costs

    -remove high lvl mobs that chokes passageways of completing a levequest

    and iam sure there are more things that i havent mentioned but in my opinion these are what i feel they need to be changed. if you want to post anything that want to fix/add/changed/remove about the game and NOT included in the patch notes. please feel free to post them in this thread.

    how does offering you an essential service needs money to help minimize inflation? if you played patch 1.19 you can see
    prices rise drastically ( on my server that is). IE: all purpose black paint worth at least 23k which is a material requried to make a gear worth 10k in MW.

    Barely anyone does fishing gathering on bodhum, and the prices are 45K, that dye can be used for make gear worth from 10k-100k. So it's obviously gonna go from 20-50k each.

    Number 1: DoL have progress bar? lolwut?

    Number 2: Wut?

    Number 3: Ok, from what you wrote below me, I agree with this. Running to camp to hand in the end of the levequest is annoying when crafting.

    Number 4: Yes, please.

    Number 5: Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. First off: you get your own chocobo... Before that, you have three penalties: limited places to access chocobos, price, time limit. Airships? Inflation needs to be counteracted at least in some way. 5k isn't that much, anyway.

    I believe once 1.20 hits and we have a price history and semi-AH/market hybrid, the wild prices you see in the markets will lower and stabilize, as players will be able to (hopefully) set up sales more easily, have a price history to go on, and people tend to undercut each-other.

    So, the argument that "high transportation prices will inflate market ward item prices" will be invalid come 1.20 (hopefully).

    These are such petty, minor things. And I don't know if I agree with half of them either; no fee on chocobo? Remove animations?

While I usually don't agree with ellohwell, in fact, I sometimes think he spouts nonsense, that doesn't mean you can base one's knowledge on a numerical value. To me, it looks like you can't counter his statement, and resort to using the most cliched ideal of abusing fellow players; using their 'lack of' levels. Grow up and learn to accept different opinions and views.

    nice try pulling the "abusing fellow player" Card. please enlighten me as to how "counter a blanket statement".

    if you say that a *fellow* player spouting nonsense when describing his opinion and at the same time telling me that *i need to grow up and accept different opinion and view,s*, then what does that tells you?you're post is highly hypocritical unless you apply (accept different views and opinions) to your self.
