Not really an AoE rotation... just use Arm of the destroyer and rockbreaker when there is 3+ targets that you can hit and you don't care about TP.
Elixir Field is awesome, I personally use it once I have GL3. Also, I do my best to center myself in the pack of enemies to hit all of them. With Howling Fist, it has a decent range, so you can pick a target and get the pack in between you and said target. With our Purification and Invigorate, we have great AOE. Hope you enjoy MNKn it up!!
Should prbly note that Arm of the Destroyer is only worth to use on 5+ or 4+ if you have internal release on, otherwise it'll do less than a crit bootshine potency wise.
Once you learn Perfect Balance you can also begin spamming rock breaker in dungeons. Very high AoE in those situations
Never thought of using perfect balance with rockbreaker...I was just using it at the end of the rotation to keep up GL.
Meh, I prefer to save Perfect Balance for bosses. Weaving in Rockbreaker through your combo when 3 or more mobs is more than enough dps, I only use Arm of the Destroyer when 6+ mobs, though I will occasionally throw a couple in on 5 mobs if I have all buffs up and purification off cd. Spread Dragon Kick around as you go through combo and pop all your oGCDs as necessary. Also try to target smaller mobs in the middle for RB as some of the enemies with larger hitboxes will, how do you put it, like eat up some of the space which could cause you not to hit some other enemies. I don't main monk of course, but I do run my dungeons pretty much exclusively on monk and in my experience the only other job that comes anywhere close to monk aoe damage is smn. I regularly do double the damage of other dps using the above considerations.
If you think of all the targets in a dungeon as a pool of HP to burn down, PB+Rockbreaker on a large pull is a bigger time saver than PB on a bossMeh, I prefer to save Perfect Balance for bosses. I'm not saying don't use it, just that I personally prefer to save it. I love nailing the monk opener on a bossBut I might consider it if I ever ran into another dps that actually made me work for damage lol
Use pb on the first pull of each dungeon and the first pull after each boss. It will be back up before the next boss unless dps is extremly high. If large pulls then use pb for that regardless cause the extra aoe is more efficient in damage, tp, and total dungeon time.
As for my aoe rotation it depends a bit. I like to slow start and apply demo on each mob till i reach gl3. Then i do one more rotation while weaving b4b, ir, then rockbreaker, pb , rockbreaker spam.
If large pulls I'll build gl during the pull by using demo then form shift to demo to apply on another. I've tanked and know how annoying it is for a dps to unload on the first enemy you sneezed on while gathering mobs.
But that's just a very general view of it. More like what i attempt to do initially. It really depends on the other dps and number of mobs.
Edit: the pb on the first pull of the dungeon and after each boss only applies to the current expert roulette dungeons. As we out gear the dungeon more and more this will be less true eventually

I also build GL to III before aoeing with PB so I don't end up tanking. If you outgear the tank, the tank is bad, or you get a lucky string of crits (which happens a lot with IR) and you go all out right at the start there is a good chance you will be tanking.Use pb on the first pull of each dungeon and the first pull after each boss.
