    Good Idea / Bad Idea

    My HP is almost all the time uldah or like at a camp near a stronghold, unless I decide to do leve's for guildmarks, then I have to repeat the process of running back and forth between the adv guild and the camp. Which is the pain in the ass. I'd rather have an adventurers representative at say, tree speak all the way up there. Rather than get on my chocobo from gridania, and have to ride over to treespeak AGAAAAIN for the third time in a row.

    If for example, what about the people that are already in another camp but would like to join you. They teleport to the camp, but they can't get the leve's so they'd have to teleport/travel to town, to then get the leve's then make their way out to the camp/node. THEN set their homepoint if they wish to repeat leve's with you.

    As opposed to,

    Guy1: "Yo wanna do leve's?"
    Guy2: "Where you at?"
    Guy1: "I'm in halatali."
    Guy2: "Nice, I'm by drybone, I'll switch and join up with you."

    Then the adventurers guild would be the place to do your leve's history evaluation and faction leve's pick up. Maybe even REAL "Local" leve's. The ones that are in town. Not the camps (For Crafting). Or leave the adventurers guild counter the way it is, and just add the option for the camps as a representative. You'd still be able to repeat the leve's at the camps over and over, just like you can do now. Just less running around.

    Gather together @ halatali - boom instant leve party.

    Edit: Note, right now I have 4 anima. lol


    New players could use up the allowances out on the field, without having to return back to town and head on out. While old players could just go out to the camp and pick up the leve's to rinse and repeat how many they want to do. Be it battle leve's, gathering etc etc. This keeps the pace of things moving forward without having to back track every time. If it's one of the things I liked in XI was having to gather together at a specific camp or area, without having to go back to town for any given reason. Towns were for telies or AH, Mog houses. It had the shouts for grouping up every so often. But the search function made that easier. With the future implementation of PC search I believe a system like this could really bloom out on the field. By picking up leve's on the fly you're able to help your friends, or just do a couple of solo leve's on the go.

    The main issue with this idea is that of how RMT's could/would/will take advantage of this.

    I had posted this up on another thread, but I wanna hear your opinion on this forum.

    Then you won't see anyone at town and new players will complain how ghostly this game is, I believe adveturer's guild was made to be a hub for everyone that wants to do leves.

    A good compromise would be to have it so that the leve counter is the only place where you can do a history evaluation or pick up different leves, while from the camp you can only repeat the ones that are already in your journal. Or to have a one-way teleport from the leve counter to the camp, or from the camp to town.

    Good alternatives, I like it. I know we have a set amount of 99 leve's. Let's say they have 99 leve's on 8 accounts. They just keep doing the leve's over and over with an average of 8k- that's 792k per account. I know 99 leve's is gonna take a good amount of time, but if they have a higher level just killing the easy leve's out. Then it's a repeatable session of the same leve's over and over for the gil.

    I made this suggestion a LONG!!!! time ago, it was ignored.

    I think it would make more sense to pick leves up at camps, oddly enough they did this with company leves, nobody does those though .. /smirks

    The cities (I mean Uldah) will never become ghost towns either, crafters need to stay close to the marketward to get materials and to sell items, and war classes need to visit town to get new armour and sell stuff.

    RMT is not an issue as there is a maximum limit of 99 leves.

    Tired of running back and forth. Seriously it is getting old.

    Why call crafting leves "local leves" when you have to travel half an hour to get some experience points.

    I'm all for this idea. People will still be in town for the leves that are in town, selling stuff, shouting in parties, and grinding crafting.

    what can be improve is for crafter to finish their job by send the finish item via mail. I find it enjoyable at first to run from city to camp to deliver quest when I first start the game, now it become annoying even with chocobo

    Select 1 camp to do your leves at and set it as your HP.

    Obviously Local leves are still ridiculous though. Just grind the old fashioned way.
