Game Crashes at Final Boss of Aetherochemical Research Facility

Did a quick search for this particular problem but no results came up, but if I missed something I do apologize. I've had this problem since 3.0 but since I didn't have to go into Aetherochemical Research Facility all that often I just forgot about it and moved on, however now that it got put in Lv. 60 Roulette and Mentor Roulette I've been having to deal with it pretty much every day since it seems it's a common roll on the roulette wheel.

During the final boss of the dungeon as soon as the boss is pulled my game just freezes and I have to open the Task Manager to fully close the game with the pop-up on the desktop saying "the game quit working and needs to close", and until the boss is either killed, I'm kicked from the dungeon, or the party wipes and I come back before they pull again, the game will keep crashing in the same way every time I log back in as long as the boss is active/alive. If anyone has dealt with this before I'd really like to fix this as until this stops I'm gonna have to leave the dungeon and take a penalty every time I get it in a roulette cause there's no point in staying if I'm just gonna crash at the last boss and force the other members of my party to 3-man it.

I'm not technician or anything but. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall your client? It comes to my mind there might be slightly corrupted datafile.
