    Cannot change payment info on Mogstation.

    I just got done trying to change my payment info for my subscription. The support staff I talked to ("Agent Jordan") was thoroughly unhelpful and actually quite hostile. I asked if there was any sort of complaint process and they sent me here.

    Agent Jordan's instructions were to cancel my current account, and then reactivate it, and then I would be able to input my new payment info. However I never got that option. I would cancel my subscription, get the cancellation confirmation e-mail, then go back to "Add/Change Subscription", select my subscription type, period, and method (which only gives you the option to select which card provider, not actual card details like number and expiration date). After hitting next I get sent straight to a payment confirmation, without ever being given the option to input new payment information, and the payment amount is $0.00. Is there no way to change payment information while you still have game time active?

    A while back I got a game card from a family member for the game, and it would not let me change my payment info until my current sub ran out, in which I had to re-activate it under the option of having 8 characters/world with up to 40 characters on said account, when originally I only had it as character/world, so as to what I'm aware of, I don't think you can change payment type until the sub runs out.

    I may be wrong, but this is what I've seen.
