    Friend in UK: Can we play together?

    Sorry, I can't find any definite info. I have a NA account. I have a friend in the UK who wants to play with me. Will he be able to buy the game in the UK and be on the same server as me? (Adamantoise)

    It's possible to play on the same world however, please bear in mind that the EU datacenter is actually in Europe and as such would have much less latency for your friend than an NA server would. If they're okay with the latency then you're golden

    I am in the UK and a few of us play on Leviathan (NA). There is an increase in ping but it's not bad enough to make it difficult to play. I've also seen better (more reliable) connections to the NA Data Centre than the European.

    I'm also from the UK and have played on Sargatanas (NA) since 2.0 launch and have never had any problems with my 95ms ping to the server.
