Can we get more customisation please?

I'd be happy if they simply made it so all hairstyles were shared across every race and clan. I don't see the need for restrictions when every new hairstyle we've been given has been shared across all races anyway. Lady Au Ra's have such cute bobs that my Midlander lady Hyur would adore.

What about short hair? If you look at miqote hair its all made in a way to cover where the location of traditional ears would be, exposing this missing organ would be really jarring

Uhm...there are already several haircuts that do expose that location, though not necessarily for guys. I know the gold saucer ponytail does, the Minfilia cut does, one of those more recent short, backswept ones does. Well...technically the pompadour does as well.

No all of those hair styles have still have side cut that got along side the jawline which visually gives an illusion of ears that is not there. It is still tricking the mind. Let me rephrase, we don't have any form of undercut style or shaved sides like many of the other races do, or the mohawks with shaved heads, can you imagine shaved miqote ears?

I'll second third and fourth this; as myself, my wife and son would all like this option for our chharacters.
