Make it so losing doesn't decrease rank in solo

In a party setting I can totally see why you would lose rank if you lost-- because you lost as a party.

Losing as a solo player usually means some of your team is just stupid, I shouldn't lose rank because of it.

you only lose rank if your loss streak is excessive(I think)

I got to silver 1074 rating with around a 85% winrate and afterwards I lost so badly, because of how matchmaking currently works, that I went down to 900 rating with a 67% winrate and it still didn't kick me out.
