Thank you, Dev Team! (Hatching-Tide Spoilers)

Thank you for giving Gysol the happy ending he deserved! The end of the Tailfeather questline left me heartbroken, knowing the poor man did not deserve his little hatchling to suffer a poor fate like it did. Needless to say I was more than surprised to see Gysol appear at the very end of the Hatching-tide quest line, and was more than thrilled to hear the he had been given a second chance and a brand new hatchling to look after.

So thank you, Dev Team, thank you for making this Hatching-Tide one I will never forget!

I too was really pleased to see him get another chance.
Wonder what happens to people who haven't completed that questline...

I can answer this. My wife and I play together and I noticed that she was still in a cutscene after I had gotten out, so I looked at her screen and saw somebody I didn't recognize. She said he was from the Tailfeather side quests, which I am saving for an alt class. So the only difference is that it doesn't show the extra cutscene after the egg hatches.
