Help plz. Unable to unlock 3.1 content

Hello. I\\'ve recently returned to ffxiv. I was able to unlock all the new 3.2 content without a hitch. Unfortunately I have been unable to do the same for 3.1. Pharos HM or void ark. I have completed all of msq and all prerequisites for these quest lines but still the quests to unlock are unavailable. Plz help.

You will need to be more specific about doing all the prerequisits... Are you certain of this?

Pharos Sirius (Hard) is unlocked with the Quest ''Things are getting Sirius'', Given by Trachraet, at the Maelstrom command in Limsa. In order to access this quest, you must complete Heavensward (3.0's end quest) and have completed Why so Sirius quest (which includes the normal version of Pharos Sirius).

For Void Ark, it's a micro story line that starts with ''Sky Pirates'', a quest given by The Unquiet Trader at Fondation's Airship Landing (closest aetherite is the astrologeum). Completing this quest will give you access to ''To Rule the Skies'', which unlocks Void Ark.

For Pharos Sirius, you need to complete the epilogue quest that appears in Aleport after completing Pharos Sirius for the first time.
