    Launcher doesn't recognize DX11

    Hey guys!

I was playing FFXIV on a notebook, but I formated this notebook. After this, the launcher doesn't recognize DX11. I already have it installed, my graphic card recognize it, but I only have Directx 9.0c for option to play. If i go to config, inside the launcher, I can't change DX11 Support to ON, and if I play with DX9, I have constantly crashes

I'm losing my hopes of playing FFXIV...

    Windows 7 pro 64bits

    GeForce GT540M

I am not sure how to provide a direct link to it, but if you look in the threads of this catagory for my post "DirectX Switch Greyed Out", you might find a solution. It worked for me and I did have the same problem.

Please make sure all your Drivers, expecially Graphic Driver are up2date.
The Intel (if dual) and the Nvidia one.
Because your playing on a laptop, its recommened to assign FFXIV directly to the NVIDIA. So even the launcher already use it.
    Do this via NVIDIA Settings.
Please provide us more information, click on "System information" and post it here.
