Hi, so i tried to contact a game GM about this issue and got a response to file a Bug Report. I purchased a Vial of Phantasia from the mog station. I logged into my character to use it. I selected a my character changed race but as it went to the menu to where I could change appearance and select different factions, etc. my game client froze and i got a Final Fantasy 14 has stopped responding message. I chose to close it and when i relogged in I could no longer alter my character. I was wondering if there was any way I could have access to alter my characters physical attributes again or if I would have to buy another vial. I thank you very much for your time.
