    I think SE is still working on updating other stuff in game to match their recent revamp of recipe. They gave us (I guess) a temp fix which is an NPC selling Raven-black Velveteen.

    According to this http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...236#post359236, Norbettaux at Merchant Strip (7, 6) should have it in his shop.

    Ohhh yep he has it. And he's in Weaver's guild. I wonder why I had an impression he was on Sapphire Avenue. Been looking for him at the wrong place for a long time. He sells that cloth at 6720 gil. Quite pricey but at least you can get one without struggling to buy the dye moss which no longer exist in the wild. ><
