    Constant DC, 90002 error and massive lag

    Hi,

    Since the 3.21 patch update, I have been experiencing massive lags (trials, the feast, checking retainer, market board, delayed chocobo summon, character shows up after several seconds after teleport or does not teleport until after several seconds, everything freezes for about 5 seconds at constant intervals, etc) and multiple 90002 error today, plus a couple of 2002 error while attempting to log in after the dc.

    I have tried different ISP (home and my mobile data plan, and the internet's working fine as they have been previously) but the problem appears to persist. I occasionally do experience lag in the past but this is probably the worst and significantly noticeable. Thus, I believe my internet connection is fine.

    I am also getting this since yesterday, also persists on another connection when I traveled to family today (on another ISP) D/C every 1hr or so. The ps4 on the same connection doesn't seem to have any issues yet my PC does. (no changes made to PC)

    I've been experiencing this everyday since Friday (I'm with Videotron).
    Around 10PM EST I'll start lagging like crazy, I'll then usually get logged out and I'll be unable to log back on for a while (2002 or 90002). EVERYTHING else works fine (I tried firing up YouTube, loading random websites, watching streams, etc), only XIV refuses to work. Really can't figure this out. It's been a major pain and I'm not sure what to do as it only affects the game and nothing else.

    So far I can only confirm this.

    After maybe 6 months (give or take some), I've started playing again along with the 3.2 patch and have the same problems about 1 or 2 weeks after I've started.

    Most of the times I only have those errors while logging in but every now and then I get them in the middle of the game, resulting in me being disconnected without a warning. Not to mention that people will have to deal with it when I'm in a dungeon. Especially since I'm playing Paladin and Whitemage most of the time as of late.

    Also I find it hard to believe that this is a local error if so many people from many places around the earth have the same problem.
    An official word would be appreciated, even if it would just be a confirmation of this problem or anything at all.

    Same issue. Since the patch i will meet massive freezes and lags during 15/20 minutes sometimes. And i have never had once before.

    I too am having the same issue that just started about the same time as tc. Was very bad tonight.

    I started in December and have not had ANY lag issues until a few days ago.

    Yea have had the same problem since 3.2. And currently in Ohio Running a line at 60MBS. 1500MBs Tranferr speed and on top of that in the northern part of Ohio so pretty close to that data center.

    I've been getting it since last week, sometimes disconnecting almost literally as soon as I reconnect to the server. I literally cannot craft or go to the dungeons nowadays for fear of the dreaded 90002.

    same here, me and my wife started playing again a week ago, and get 90k quite frequently, although i noticed i never get it in a dungeon, and it only happens in a high-population area such as idylshire or limsa lominsa. there is no way its my connection speed or my isp. I think it should be noted though that prior to the break we took from the game we played on ps4, where it never happened. solid connection. now we both play on pcs and thats when this 90k thing started happening. it may be unrelated though because of the timing, and I haven't played on ps4 again yet, so i don't know if its the same on there.

    This just started with me last night. No lag issues but CONSTANT 90002 disconnects. In all sections of the game: field, dungeon, and raid. Literally every 10 minutes if that. This is the first time Ive ever had connection issues since launch. I run on fiber internet so my connection is great. I would really like to see this resolved. I CAN NOT play because of this.
