Sephiroth extreme farming disaster

Been farming the whole day yesterday for tokens, mounts and weapons. It didn't go as smooth as I thought it would. A lot of mistakes and unnecessary deaths. *Sigh*

Is there such thing as people carried in Sephiroth extreme?

Wished I met the previous party I was in. Cleared 4 times in a row without problems. And of course, no snark nor salt, no elitist.

Never been so down on farming parties T.T
Any of you guys feel the same way? Or maybe you like to share your farming woes here

I've definitely carried other healers, not really intentionally, just not knowing they were going to be as bad as they were or because they had an accident and I needed to pick up their slack because the edge was calling tonight.

But yeah, SephEx in PF on weekends is a disaster.

Only happens when Thordan EX before. Bad DPS, yada yada. I only get SCH, MCH and PLD shield.

I got WHM and AST. Both I never even unlock XD

Dps so far wasn't bad for me except for one party yesterday. The only thing is people so panicky and dps greedy even when they cleared already.
Told them to really stack in the marker. At least 2 people panic and ran early, causing me to die to yesad. Me getting purple aoe and both tanks overlapping me. A nice glowing storm of words which tells you stop dpsing and start running to storm to fly up, and yeah 3-4 people died to that. ==

It was pretty stressful.

Storm has this buttclenching delay, at least for me, where I'm never certain if it registers me as in the stack until I get tossed up in the air (with Sephirot's arms clipping through me).
Stacking to bait the Yesad before knockback is apparently the biggest hurdle to group success. Getting real tired of the guy that doesn't just not stack up but always cause a pillar to erupt where we need to move for knockback.

The thing is, a lot of people just barely killed him. That, or got plain carried. People need to understand that kill=/=farm. But again, most people don't have the courtesy to do that, or are just not objective enough to see when they are clearly not ready for farm.

Oh I never thought of it that way. But I did killed with a team several times before 2nd blow back to storm. One time never even use 2nd LB XD
Can say I have plenty experience and yes I can point out some are carried. Just didn't have the heart to kick them out. Felt it was mean cus I wasn't good when I started. I guess they had no choice either since now there is very little practice parties.
