Please Add no bonus option for PF

My suggestion to you is to use a static party to clear content and challenge content.

You don't need to be in a static in order to clear EX primals, and people without them shouldn't be excluded from farming content just because, as this thread has clearly shown, a huge number of players feel entitled to sneak into farm groups and lie about their bonus.

After reading posts for a few days, I think that SE should accept the OP's suggestion. The PF creator should have the discretion to set up the party such that no 'new people' can join.

Now that we've got that out of the way, I also think that if that box is checked, the PF creator should NOT have any ability to 'set it aside' for special cases (tells, whispers, etc)

Either it's "no bonus" or "don't care". Shouldn't be able to do both.

I made a thread about this long ago. I'm actually going to bump it. In short, I support.

If this was an option, it's not harming anybody but the people wanting to sneak into farm parties. It's as simple as that when it boils down to it.

As I've said before in another thread a lot like this one, instead of complaining about all the people who "lie" joining no-bonus parties when they haven't cleared, you guys should try looking at *why* people do this so much.

Because they're lazy? Because they get a free carry? Because they don't have to learn the fight and have others do it for them? There's no excuse. If you're new, you shouldn't be joining a party requesting no new players. It's simple.

Oh at first I read DF and then I was like wait what....

But in PF, if a group is aiming to clear the content and not practice and wipe a million times, then you should just stay away and not be a burden. This isn't even about the bonus, it's about knowledge a lot of players don't have. There was a thread recently where a new guy, who had bonus and joined such a group, got kicked after a couple of wipes because they NOTICED. And he was not happy, even though he lied to get in in the first place. If you want to farm something, then your chain has to be strong, without weak links that will break and pull down the rest of the links that are holding it together perfectly. I just don't get some of the people here.. There are practice and clear/farm groups.. Is it so hard to tell the difference?

And this is everything wrong with the party finder no bonus parties.
Not everyone is lazy - they may spend hours each day trying to clear with incapable parties.
Not everyone is after a free carry - They may actually be a huge boost to your team.
Not everyone who has bonus doesn't understand the fight - See point about time spent.

Remind me again what *you* had before you got lucky enough with a group? Oh yeah.. bonus. Were you lazy, expected a carry and or had no knowledge, and if so, did this all magically change the instant you got your achievement?

Right for some, but certainly not all accounts.

But the majority of those that would join a farm group without having a clear are like that. Those are the ones that this filter would block.

If someone is one of those rare examples that you cite, then they can ask for an exception. I expect they'd probably be granted it, but ultimately it's rightfully the party leader's decision.

i realise a fair few are definitely like that, but it's not quite right to broad brush an entire community because they have bonus. Personally if i have bonus for something but kno i can kill it, ill message the party lead to see if they mind me joining, if it's a no, i suck it up and get on with it.

But nope, not everyone in the game is those things listed purely because they bring bonus.
