Good healer won't die to double beserk felcleave with full swing debuff. Better off to help your dps down their target and stun their healer especially when your fighting against a astrology since they have a hard time keeping up with heals

I killed so many healers, you just need to wait fel cleave to be a final blow
you can be good healer, the only way to survive to this is a control when i pop berserk and pray , pop the healer invincibility,
also when healer is already 30% hp left when i may use fel cleave to kill him, he is certainly focus to get some HP back, it will be hard for him to see if i buff myself or not. There is certainly some good healer here able to do that but most of the time it won't just happen and he will get killed.
