I had a discussion with my sister regarding this same topic. Bottom line, we agreed Sophia/Goddess would be the last UNLESS Zurvan/Demon brought with it some meaning full addition to this side story.

All in all I expect the order to be
On the other hand, Zurvan would be thematically more appropriate as a contemporary to Alexander, but regardless of Order that fight eill wind up being adjacent to the last part of Alexander in terms of progression anyway.
- Sephirot
- Zurvan
- Sophia
- And last, but not Least, Regula deus Hydrus.

A tower at the center of the triad and 2 golden wings. That rings Kefka. The question is who will be? The little kid or Regula?
If we do fight Regula again - for the third time - then it's possible he might not be defeated and may, instead, become one of the main antagonists for the next expansion. Though he'd likely be everybody's enemy if he performs a similar stunt to Kefka which seems likely given the heavy references to FF6. Which in itself would be interesting because once again we'd be facing a Garlean that...isn't really aligned with Garlemald as a whole.
It could potentially be Varis too. Or even a completely new character entirely - I recall there being a statement from Gaius' voice actor implying that he had been hired to do some additional voice work for an upcoming antagonist...but I can't find the source. I also don't remember the name of the antagonist but I don't believe the guy has appeared in-game as of yet. Perhaps someone else can elaborate?

If I had to guess, all three of the Triad would be summoned by Meracydians, which we know almost nothing about other than: Tiamat & Bahamut + wow mi'qotes came from here + oh yeah tree people. I am hoping in 3.25 they might sneak in some clues regarding the next Triad (and I like the idea of it being Zurvan for, well, no real reason other than I think of Sophia as very light/holy and hoping the third tier of Alexander will do the same).
However while myahele thinks Sophia's power might've been to bestow magic upon Allagan chimerical creations, I would like to retort with the possibility of using her to give them sentience/intelligence! Hence, things like the Iksalion which have become so advanced to the point that their "origin" isn't even a common question. (Some Eorzeans still get huffed and confused about voidsent and chimeras, but Ixali, who we know are descendants of Allag chimera? When do you ever hear anyone in-game wonder aloud if the beast tribes are chimera? Sure, here and in various out of game places--but I can't think of a single line of ingame text off the top of my head!)
My biggest fear is that we don't get a 3.5 (I believe Yoshida has said that the 3.X series should be shorter than 2.X?) and in cutting that patch we lose things like tying the Triad back into the MSQ and/or fighting Regula. In my ideal world the Triad quests would either run concurrent to the MSQ and meet back up in 3.5 (similar to how 2.5 required you do the Hard mode Primals) or every patch would require the previous Triad clear. Then 3.5 brings us into fighting Regula who, acting without Varis' consent, has attempted to use the Triad's aether to restore his genetic inability to use magic a la Kefka (let's say Varis is off in the Eastern theatre now because there's a more serious rebellion in Orthard than Doma) and we must put him down. Bonus points if this was actually Elidibus' plan the entire time, deceiving both the Scions and Unulhakai in an attempt to destabilize the Garlean Empire in a bid for MORE CHAOS MORE ZODIARK FUEL. We can go ahead and say Zodiark coming into being on a cosmic scale is an okay/necessary thing but on a mortal level it just means the deaths of thousands/millions/etc and we have to come up with a way to balance Light and Dark without actually having to make huge sacrifices because Alphinaud doesn't want to because of Estinien who we either failed to save or actually saved who knows. Also Alisaie shows up on a hoverboard and ends up being a total badass with more to fight for than the "Future of Eorzea!"
Once again I have shown I cannot keep a straight train of thought whatsoever, my apologies.

If we're talking about her theme, let's revisit previous FFs and think.
Each member of the Warring Triad had a unique element and combat style. For Sephirot, he had the most HP while Sophia had the least. Each member also changed their style at 50%. Sephirot specialized in Ice magic, while Sophia specialized in Thunder, however this difference was discarded. What happened for Sephirot was he annulled 1 random element periodically and cast Haste, Reflect, and Image, effectively making him hard to hit physically, and only vulnerable to non-reflective magic, while increasing his attack speed. In XIV, he's given Wood element magic, and his 50% support buffs are replaced with becoming a giant.
On the other hand, Sophia was a huge inspiration for Yunalesca. Both are based on giant heads, and specialize in Zombie magic. More than likely, Sophia's battle will start with her top half which will float (it may even be a reskinned Shiva skeleton to save time), and at the half way point, she will affix to the giant head, and become immobile in the middle of the field. At this point, there will be some mechanic that either involves instant death, or a new zombie status.

I wouldn't be so quick to assume Goddess is benevolent. Ted Woosley originally opted to call Demon Poltergeist (German for Noisy Ghost) because it had the least connotation of evil. The Japanese name of Demon, きしん (Kishin) is a very violent and destructive spirit, but is morally neutral. It is neither good nor evil. Especially since in FFVI Goddess specialized in Death and Zombie magic, she might not be as kind as she looks. She was the major inspiration for Yunalesca's battle in X. Plus Zombies are putrid and impure, and Yunalesca giant head represented this as an unsent. Goddess will likely be similar.

When the goddess is released after the demon, I think she'll be poison themed. If I remember correct in ff x lady yunalessca was based of the goddess and she used like super dark spells so maybe something on those lines

Wonder if they are going to make the Omega weapon absorb the Warring Triad and we get a battle against Omega weapon with the abilities of all three, just like the Ultima weapon.

Or we could actually fight the Proto Ultima Weapon, who flies around Azys Lla during the Hyperconductivity weather pattern.
