Hard to tell at the moment. However, I have a theory. The Warring triads statues at first looked cleaned or rather without overgrown plants covering them. When we were nearing the upcoming patch to fight the Fiend, they then began to get covered by said plants or moss. Considering that Sephirot is a bit "plant like" then perhaps this may have had connection when the story states that he was beginning to get free from his shackles. If the statues change from being covered in moss to something else then perhaps there may be some foreshadowing to what her nature is and possibly who summoned her. All but a theory at the moment.
She seems to be the most prominent of the three statues so I suspect that she'll be the final member of the trio that we face.
I'm more interested in what special properties she has that the Allagan are using to create in their experiments. We know Sephirot has the ability for extreme growth and we see that on how many of their chimerical creation (and the Xande, Amon, Phlegethon, etc) are so large.
Since Sophia means "wisdom" then perhaps her special abilities could be more magic-based like summoning meteor and those other magics we encounter Xande et al using.
Otherwise, other than the slash on Sephirot's chest, there hasn't been any noticeable change in the statues, yet.
Why you guys saing now is godess? I mean I couldnt be demon next?
Yeah, Demon next, I agree. Having the Goddess as last would fit well thematically with the patch cycle considering we're finally slowly getting answers regarding the light/dark meta and Hydaelyn. The rest of those answers won't come in 3.3.
Because in Final Fantasy VI you fight them in the order Fiend, Goddess, Demon. I'm glad for this personally, because otherwise it would seem way too similar to World of Darkness with CoD at the end.
(and also, since they used Fiend's FFVI concept name, Sephirot, Goddess should end up being called Sophia, and Demon Zurvan)

Was there an order in VI? I thought you could face them in any order at that point?
The very final boss also seems to embody them somewhat, and you go Fiend > Demon > Goddess > Kekfa there.
