Allow gatherers / crafters to use Raise?

While gathering, on occasion I'll come across a poor solo fighter/mage who has been KO'ed. I do have Raise, but to put it on would mean a change of class and then a two minute wait just to be able to get them back on their feet - obviously not in the interests of myself and more often than not that's two minutes that the fighter/mage can't be bothered waiting on. With that in mind, I think it would be really nice for all people if crafters/gatherers were able to use the Raise spell. There's no harm, really, is there?

Just wondering if anyone else thinks this would be a neat change, I guess.

Yeah it's so sad to see people dropping to the ground near you yet you can't help them up!

I have personal solution to this matter, since my DoH and DoL action bars are mostly empty, I put Chainspell and Raise in action bar somewhere, do this on every DoL and DoH classes so when I find a dead person, I can just change to CNJ (which also has Chainspell and Raise set in action bar) and cast raise quickly.

You know the game saves your action bar now for each class?

As for OP, it makes sense, so I don't see why not. I guess they don't let you cast magic on your DoH and DoL because it could be imbalanced if they let such classes be able to fend for themselves.

Limiting spells to raise however, would not cause imbalance though, I dont think.

You apparently failed to comprehend how it works, or you misread my statement.

By setting specific skill/spell to every classes even DoL and DoH, means when I switch to CNJ, I don't have to wait for the cooldown timer. If I don't, when I switch to CNJ, it will make me wait 300 seconds for Raise to be ready.

    I support DoL having raise.
