Can't delete or activate leve mission

Steps:
1- I picked up those leves
2- and went on to do other stuff
3- later on I tried to activate them but they did not work
4- I tried going to the npcs and nothing would work
5- I tried deleting but I can't, tried activating again and again but no use
6- they are stuck showing on my screen and confusing me since I can't do them I keep mistaking them for quest I didn't do yet.

I just tried to start another leve mission and it's not working too it seems I cannot take any leve quests now??

I just picked up Leves of camp bluefrog. went to the mission but nothing happened and I cannot even open the map it says unable to open map at this time.

You need to activate the leve from your quest journal. It should be the middle button at the bottom of the description box, between the map and abandon buttons.

Edit: Just looked at your other bug report.
The quests you are trying to activate are not the leves themselves. Just quests that require you to complete a leve that they give you at the same time. If you were not given any leves upon accepting the quests, it is most likely because you already had the leve they were gonna give you before accepting them.
This issue can be solved by abandoning any leves (quests with a card icon) you currently have, and going back to the levemetes you got the quests for and asking for a new leve.
