How do I use dark knight in PvP (4v4 and 8v8, Feast and Fold)

Doesn't help that so much of how Drk functions requires you to be getting hit.

Now that you mentioned this maybe DRK should really start to hoard ALOT of those medals so everyone wants to kill him :P
