Unsynced Duty Loot Table Bug?

Hellow all,

I've been speed-running Unsynced Stone Vigil 48 times between today and yesterday. 47 of those on my DRK, once on MCH.

I've been attempting to get the Lockheart Greatsword to drop and so far have only gotten 3~5 of each of the other weapons to drop. The only Lockheart drops I've heard other DRK's get is from the Synced dungeon only.

I was redirected to inquire here on the forums as the support couldn't identify if the sword is unobtainable via Unsynced dungeons or a reduced chance.

RNG could be the issue but with only 13 possible drops it's bypassed the 'expected' number of trials by more than 300% to get the sword, so every time I run it now and get another weapon I've already obtained makes it more likely to be some bug or intentional low drop rate.

Anyone have any similar experiences, and more importantly, has anyone obtained the Lockheart from Unsynced Stone's Vigil?

Now up to 55 runs, 4 on MCH and 51 on DRK.

Unfortunately, RNG doesn't work the way you think it does. Unless something has a 100% chance at dropping there is no guarantee you will ever get it. Our mind has been conditioned to think in percentages (usually at school) so if something has a 10% drop rate we would expect to see one every 10 drops. In reality, the way RNG works is that there's a 10% drop chance for that particular drop so you could run the dungeon from now until the end of time and still never see it. That's what RNG does. Alternatively, someone else could run the dungeon from now until the end of time and only ever see the drop you want!

It's a cruel system.

You didn't fill out the thread in the proper bug reporting format, and it's also just not a bug, you're just unlucky.

Example: Did about a hundred runs of Ramuh EX for my bow, not ONE BOW for like, four months.
Immediately after it finally drops and I get it, my group goes in again (we were farming).

Next drop? Another bow.

Big issue here is, no one has said they've won Locheart via Unsynced. That's the big problem here with my 61 current runs.

Probably not... I ran the Ramuh EX duty unsynced.
