Deputy Postmoogle Missing

I am level 10 in the quest line, the last quest completed was "Sudul Eht Nioj," and the postmoogle is gone. I have read many issues regarding the postmoogle disappearing before the Twack-a-Mole quest, which requires you to complete some side quests, but this is not the case. I have completed the side quests and the Twack a Mole quest. I need to start the quest "Of Sibling and Side-whiskers." I have looked ahead at the npc's that are involved in the next several quests, none of which are involved in any side quests. Any ideas on how to proceed?

One of the postmoogle quests requires you to have don the first quest in the Hildibrand series. Maybe you're missing that one? Or maybe you have any uncompleted postmoogle quests in your journal?

I'm several quests into the Hildibrand questline, no postmoogle yet. I will update after I finish or if he turns up.

Have you unlocked the aesthetician? That is a pre-requisite for the quest you are trying to do. You need to do the quest "Beauty is Only Scalp Deep", which starts in The Drowning Wench in Limsa Lominsa.
