/lookout not working at location

Hello,

I am at the vista in the Sea of Clouds, just south of The Nidifice, located in the bird nest. Location is X:37 , Y:40 and the /lookout command is not giving me credit for the vista. I have walked all around the next trying it and am unable to get credit for it. Please look into it!
