Yes this is the one, thanks Noxifer !

It's a shame to skip content, even if it's just some in-game dialogs (might be important dialogs), and it's also a pain to cancel and redo the whole previous steps to compensate.
Or you refuse the duty and it's a pain to wait again... even more considering there is now penalty for refusing a ready duty 3 times in a day (and then every time until reset)...

Edit: in fact this seems to have been solved.

    No problem =)

And yeah, I'm sure some would say "just watch the missed cutscene through 'the Unending Journey' if it's that important to you", but... cutscenes aren't available through that book until you've finished the quest =/ So if you miss, say, a cutscene in step #2 out of 6 quest steps, you'll have to do all of them before you can watch that cutscene, and... meh.

I wish there'd be three options when you hit escape during a cutscene. "Skip cutscene", "Cancel cutscene" and "Keep watching". Where skip works the same way it does now, but 'cancel' would interrupt the cutscene and reset the quest to not count that quest step. (And 'keep watching' would serve the same function as 'no' does today, since it's currently a yes/no question.)

Well, it seems this issue has been fixed even for this case, sorry for the useless post.
But yes cancel cutscene option would be interesting, with the same behavior as when we go on duty, reset quest to before talking to the NPC ^^
