Any thoughts on adding a Hall of the Novice type experience for Crafting, Gathering and Desynth?

When I took a look at the DoW Lore section, the text said "Allagan Tomestone of Lore (DoW I)." Was that a text error or is it a hint of a new job coming soon?
Even with the (much needed) changes there is still some debate over using a few slaying accessories due to their better secondaries slightly edging out a full VIT piece with parry. Do you have any plans to adjust the VIT/STR amounts further to push VIT as better in all scenarios period, even when combined with the fairly lackluster/unpopular parry stat?
If even just so we can finally move past this.
Have you considered relooking at the parry stat period? It's widely avoided in the tank communities and does not offer a proper consistent benefit when compared to other secondary stats in the game. RNG mitigation that cannot be relied upon, combined with fight design consisting of pre-planned burst which you must have cooldowns for to begin with, basically nullify much of the potential benefit of the stat outside of edge cases.
The way you investigate the kick feature for Novice Network without the need to report someone for abusing it is, in my opinion, a great idea, as it does prevent further abuse of the system, but why not do the same thing for those who abuse the vote dismiss feature on dungeons/raids/trials/PvP Frontlines in the same way?
Are there any plans on adding the Alexander Normal Mode and Crystal Tower Duty Roulettes in the future since not a lot of people have the mentor status?

Regarding housing. Are there any plans on allowing players with a Personal house to change it into a Free Company house?
Potions and food are prohibitively time consuming and expensive to produce, is there any reason why these recipes are all yield 1 in Heavensward and is there any way they could be changed back to yield 3?

Would it be possible for the developers to create an option to disable the battle music?
All of the various zones and instances have beautiful music. It is disappointing that it gets interrupted with battle/FATE music should you accidentally aggro any enemy!
Regarding Airships
Currently we can use airships to retrieve useful and unique items, and we can use them as well to go into Diadem. Do you have any plans for content that involves us visually using our airships themselves?
For example, a trial where we enter dangerous aerial territory and have to fight off incoming enemies on top of our airship. In the end, we could receive rewards similar to those received in Exploratory Voyages.
People without an FC airship could go to Ishgard to attempt this, just like they do for Diadem.
