    A system error has occured: -2146697208

    So out of nowhere FFXIV booted me out tonight and I haven't been able to get in.

    After some browsing around I've attempted every single fix suggestion in these threads except uninstalling and reinstalling the whole game...

    I'm currently running windows 8 and IE is set as my default browser (as per one of the suggestions in the threads above)

    I have been able to randomly get as far as clicking onto my character but I get booted out of the lobby server as I'm at the Final "Loading now" screen.
