Incorrect. Parry is a terrible secondary stat to have on armor because of how little it scales per number. 135 extra parry is not even a 3% parry chance increase. Keen Flurry and its trait would only be bad if it increased your Parry by a certain number, but it's a great skill because it gives you a percentage boost, a huge 80% one at that. Look at how many bosses have physical forced damage, so I would not call that a "rare case" at all.
