Using a skill in rare cases doesn't make it useful also parry is a terrible stat. Most of the time when you do pop it if tank dies and you have aggro chances are you will still die anyway most of the time. I could see it being great tank skill but on a DPS its just a waste in my opinion and could be replaced with something that can boost our damage.

1) If tank is losing aggro i'm very concerned
2) If there is a add which attacks a healer in 4 man they generally hit like a pillow so you want even need it or it dies in seconds.
3) If its 8 man off tank will most likely grab this add and dps kill it.

As i said I believe they should make Keen Flurry a Tank skill instead of a skill for a DPS class.
