grade 3 aetherial wheel charge time is now 70hrs ?

Just put in a grade 3 wheel of nutriment into my wheel stand today and the charge time said 70hrs. Prior to the 3.21 patch the charge time was always 48hrs.

There is nothing in the patch notes about a change to the charging time for grade 3 wheels, so I'm wondering if this is a bug ?

Has anyone else noticed this ?

If this is not a bug then I find it a little ridiculous that they would make it even harder than it already was to keep up grade 3 buffs. Hardly anyone was using grade 3 as it was, with a charge time of 70hrs you'll be lucky to use one of these a week. Most people raid at least 3 times a week, so I guess SE doesn't want people making these buffs. If you can't use them for raid then why bother ?

I'd really like to know SE's reasoning behind this change if it is indeed intended.

Haven't touch my aether wheel so I have no clue. I am guessing the rank 4 wheel stand maybe the cause of increasing the time.

I tried using a level 4 and level 5 wheel stand after patch 3.21 and the charge time on both is 70hrs.
