Why is there no automatic ilvl sync for old Trials?

Snowcloak and KotL are synced to i135. So is everything else from 2.0 that doesn't have an explicit level sync in DF. Unfortunately, that's ungodly overkill for most of the trials - Ifrit Hard only requires an item level of 49 to enter, compared to KotL's 90.
